Mild Class III due to maxillary deficiency should be corrected after the eruption of permanent incisors and molar with reverse pull headgear. Disengagement of maxillary sutures is possible when performed as early as possible. Most of the cases start their treatment at the age of 8 and sometimes even at 5 years ( Frankel 4)
